Your new items sold list interface is useless
I can't check the recently sold items and whether they are paid. This interface is completely useless.

Hello Houjie. When an item has sold and been paid for with Ping or Afterpay, you are emailed to let you know that payment is made and you can send the item. If it has been paid for by internet banking you would check your bank statement, or have notifications turned on at your bank to say you have a deposit.
I have always confirmed payments by those methods, but a few are mentioning they can't see it on their solds anymore. I didn't realise people even used that to check!

Yes, it showed on the first sold page as a ping logo. Was also a 'book a courier' link on that page as well. Was much quicker. Email trademe who respond with the usual generic b.s, then another reply to say its not changing back. So helpful. T.M not listening to the seasoned sellers again.

Thanks Tracey. Can you confirm. In the second email to you they said they won't be adding the Ping notification icon back? Or did it mean they aren't going back to the old style page completely?. I figured they won't be going completely back to the old style now. They're in too deep. But I was hoping some of the missing functionality would be added back in time.

I'm sorry but we aren't looking to change things back at this stage.
While we really appreciate the feedback, keep in mind this is a change we are continuously working on and there will be a constant improvement as we take all members' feedback on board.
