Is there a reason that auctions I have won are not going in my Items I Won folder?
Recently I have won 2 auctions and they are nowhere to be found in my Items I Won folder? Also, items that I had on my watchlist but did not win are vanishing and are not appearing in my Items I Lost folder? I have also noticed that unanswered questions are disappearing from view post-auction and the bidding history post-auction is not showing up? This is a very recent occurrence for me, I've just noticed over the last week or so. What's going on?

Thanks Halem,
There are a few Members reporting missing Won items,
If you still can't find your Won items you are best to contact TradeMe staff direct through their "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen. - Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once opened - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.
Have your Listing number(s) on hand enabling staff to pull them up more readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
Hi Halem check out my recent post regarding lost listings not showing in your lost list and unanswered questions not being visible when a listing has closed Trade Me have confirmed it is a bug in their system I only noticed it happening for me after the site maintenance Trade Me did on the 1st of August. Refer to my post below for more details

Has been going on for many weeks.TradeMe seems to be in no hurry to fix this & the many other glitches that now infest the new site ! And yet sellers are charged the same fees for a app. that isn't working properly.

Every company site & service has a production environment but some are smart enough to have a staging and test environments as well. It seems TradeMe are abusing its customer base by making us all alpha testers of broken code changes (something that should still come after varied user testing & a suite of deployment & functionality tests). If anything they should be forcing huge penalties on whomever is managing the site this poorly in such a trash fire way, because this is a major turn off and many friends and family have already left due to these issues. Some family now are just rather donating goods to opshops instead as it is far more hassle to sell items, (even expensive ones) on trademe and I don't blame them. I too am considering even just pawn shops and overseas trading sites which are far less error prone and more reliable then New Look (which says a lot).

Trade Me doesn't seem in any great hurry to remediate their mess. Yes, I can now find the items I won by selecting the mobile option on my desktop but of the two auctions I have recently won, the price is incorrect for one of them. This is Jim Henson Muppets material!

Trademe do have a training area, but not sure if they use it themselves or if it's just for members to use for testing API calls etc. It's quite interesting to see some of the stuff there sometimes.
