That sounds bit concerning Siobhan. Changing how?

it doesn't change to another address it just rearranges mine (when it happens) Recently it took Rd off so then the post shop told the trader they could not track it because the address did not have a Rd on it. I have put it back on but this fiddling has happened several times in the past year.

Kia Ora Siobhan,
This sounds odd to me also,
Is your address a long one? and is it only the Rd which is removed everytime or have you come across different rearrangements?

Each and every time those who work in Tech change Interfaces in general on websites, it can and does cause an utter nightmare - there's files for Africa in different places that can or may not get picked up on.
Bank details are also known to change as are Photo ID Verification documents - yet those details are more than likely already on File due to having to keep Records for the life of a person - yes that's the life of a person, however as we know with 'Computers' they only used to store 64kb!!!
Sorry to read you are also having problems with this

We had this once a couple of years ago, we only sell but brought something and the address was this random address in the south island that had no house on google maps, we have never been located in the south island and all they were able to tell us was change our password and were not able to explain why we had this random address listed on our account.

Am seeing an increasing number of new members with location "Not Specified" on their auction and profile pages, although they appear to be in NZ. Seems a bit silly to have a Not specified option in the My Trademe Closest District page. Australia - other or New Zealand - other would be better, somewhat.
