I'm having multiple issues with the New look site - please advise

Hi David. Yes these are all known issues. Most are being worked on. Some are saying the feedback problem for example has been fixed now.

If you go to the bottom of the page where you have an issue you will see a "Tell us what you think" link in blue. You can use that to send through any issues you are having. This will feedback  through to Trade Me and show the exact page your problem is happening on so they can check it out.

Hi David if you want you can also chat live with someone from the Trade Me Customer Experience Team using the chat option just go to the Contact Us section at the bottom of any page and then click on the blue speech icon on the bottom right side of that page then type in talk to a person and you will be connected to someone that you can then chat with live. I have used the chat option recently and had good results but it does depend on what your query is sometimes they may have to get back to you with a answer but talking directly with a person is always better in my opinion.

David are you able to access the desktop site or are you now locked into the new look Trade Me website? Try going to the desktop site by clicking on the Desktop site option at the very bottom of any page once you have clicked that go to your sold items and see if it takes you to the desktop version where you should be able to place feedback for your sold items if that works you can try the same thing for your unsold items and see if the fixed price offer option comes up. I know this works for some members and not others so it is a bit hit and miss but might be worth a try.

I tried what you recommended but no luck.

When I change over to Desktop all my sold items disappear completely so no chance of leaving feedback on them !

Also unable to select 'fix priced offer' on unsold auctions as well.

What a mess Trade Me have created so many members having different results with work arounds working for some and not for others how frustrating. Very recently here was another thread that was getting quite long with complaints - Trademe deleted it!! Guess they don't like to see complaints.

All of this could have been avoided if they'd listened to the many, many users letting them know how much better (user friendly) the old site was. This occurred a very long time ago (when the old Messageboard Forum was still here) but hey, they took no notice and went ahead with this monstrosity and here we are, years later, issues everywhere!!

So, nothing has been fixed...

On Sunday I listed some lego auctions - everything is fine

Last night I listed 15 comic book auctions - same issues as previous auctions.

I contact trade-me today and talked to an employee via the chat service and was basically told they know about the problems and they are working through them - obviously not fast enough !

The issues only appear on certain categories, so if the stuff your listing is one of the problem categories you're out of luck until it gets fixed.

Very average all round really :(
