I didn't see an option to offer a 'fixed price offer' to a bidder after my auction closed
I had an auction with reserve that didn't meet the reserve but had 6 bids from one person. Don't I have the option to offer a fixed price? It didn't show up at all on my page and I'd like to get back to this person with an offer but have no way now of contacting them.
