1. Have you checked for a Tracking number through your Won items?
2. Have you checked your own email spam/junk folder just incase one from your Seller has gone there?
3. If you know which shipping company was being used you can look them up to see if there are any delays in their network system for your delivery region.

Its only been a few days

Hello Christopher. Yes, only a few days. Probably nothing I would be too concerned about yet. Especially if this is a private seller, people do have lives outside Trade Me.

How does their other feedback as a seller look?

Yes, only a couple of days. The seller will wait for your bank payment to clear then book the courier. Depending on when your payment clears courier may not pick up same day. Perhaps refrain from more messages apart from one asking politely for the tracking information?

Have you tried sending an E-Mail?, as some people do not use the app messaging system,

although they have app down loaded & messages go to app on their devices, where messaging cannot be turned off,

The seller may actually be using a laptop or computer & not the app they have on their device,

therefore will not get your messages, best way is always E-Mail when in doubt,

I have sent 3 emails so far.

Have you ever thought he might be sick or just busy? Are you new to buying on TM? We are meant to allow a week for shipping of an item according to the guidelines

I've had a look at the sellers feedback. They are new and have sold one other item. Buyer perhaps didn't get that either. Or it took a long time. The feedback is positive but says they didn't get the item and will change it when they do. So don't know if it has been changed because the item arrived, or if it was never negative.

Seller refused a pick-up, and didn't offer Ping. Dodgy. The hand shown in the photo of each item they sold is completely different. Another red flag.

If you still don't have your item Christopher I would be opening a Dispute with Trade Me now.

Bit of an unlucky trade for you, considering it is your first Trade Me purchase as well.

Its hard with the nail polish because it could be a girlfriend/wife holding the airpods. Maybe new sellers should be forced to use ping payments until they reach a certain amount of feedback

Well, it likes that sellers account may have Indeed been dodgy, still had pages open in Tab from yesterday, now disabled !!!,

You will want to contact your Bank to reverse that payment made if possible.

Then the usual report to the police and file your Dispute resolution however by paying manually into Bank account your Bank is your best chance of recouping any payment. - Cheers.

Frustrating this can still happen. Seems my comment about ping for new sellers wasn't received well but it would have helped in this situation. Thats a lot of money to lose and from personal experience banks won't do much.

The buyer of the airpods has just been provided tracking so thats a plus and gives some hope I guess
