Afterpay option not showing
Why is afterpay suddenly not available to add to a new listing. I have had afterpay on auctions before so it is 100% activated. I get there is updates being made but these glitches are really starting to get annoying and making me think of selling/buying else where.

Sorry to read the Afterpay option is missing for you when creating your New Listing,
- Are you using the Desktop site or one of the Apps to create your New Listing?
- Have you tried Listing through both sites to check if the Afterpay option appears for you to select on the opposite site?
- Have you tried Listing a different item in another category to check if Afterpay is only missing in that particular category you're creating your New Listing in Or if Afterpay is missing in other category Listings also?

If Afterpay is available in the opposite site you have initially created your New Listing in ensure your initial Listing device Browser/App version is running the Latest up to date version.

If Afterpay is still missing as an option to select you will want to use the 'Tell us what you think' Link at the bottom of the Afterpay selection page to notify the correct TradeMe Team that this option is missing Or you can contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" to report this - provide staff members with your Listing number if created, the category you're Listing through and a screenshot of the missing Afterpay selection page.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -

Same issue here I’m losing sales because of this. Live chat doesn’t Help so sort your website out…

This is happening to several of us atmo' - As it's a known issue as reported direct let's hope there's a resolve fix soon - Cheers.

The recent updates Trade Me have done have made the site so much harder to use with so many options missing or not working correctly for some members. I have been using the My Products listing tool for sometime now thankfully Trade Me have not messed with that at least not yet and I find it works really well you are still able to add Ping to your payment options when listing via My Products. With My Products everything still works as it should when creating a listing and it has a lot of other features that listing normally doesn’t. For those having issues it might be worth trying it out even if only until Trade Me gets the current issues on the site fixed so you can get back to listing your listings without the hassle of some options not working correctly or being unavailable.
