Page views and watchers are not displayed in 'Items Im Selling' list in My Trademe
I had thorght no one was viewing some of the items I had listed as the auctions list in My Trademe showed no views or watchers - However if I open the auctions up individually there are views that are not showing otherwise - like 54 of them on one listing with 7 watchers that other wise shows zero on in the listing list. Why is this? I have refreshed the page and browser over the week of the auctions but still these interactions on the auctions are not showing unless the auction is opened up to view. Not all of the items I have listed are doing this.

Hi there. Yes, a known issue with the "new look" At the bottom of the auction page you will see a "Tell us what you think" link. Perhaps use that to send through your report.

Same happens to me, contacted TM they want the listing numbers, hard when there are 30 to 50 that are effected.

The old look was doing the same thing: not resetting the watchers to 0 after relisting

The issue with not resetting watchers to 0 after relisting is due to TradeMe having now an Automated watchlist, placing these items back on Buyers watchlists - without them knowing, which is causing alot of problems including false results for Sellers, redundant FPO's going out which could have just been relisted etc. A Buyer now has to delete the item from their watchlist & lost items to prevent this cycle reoccurring - Many Members don't even know the items are back on their watchlists and may not visit TradeMe regularly to discover and stop this cycle from happening. - Cheers.

The majority of us are Members just like you, we're not TradeMe staff - If staff do respond in a Post their yellow badge will state Trade Me Staff - the other yellow badge says Super user! - We didn't ask for a badge, these just appeared! - We all run into the same issues as every other Member. - Cheers.
EDIT: - This is the difference so you can identify who staff are

Same thing has happened to new items listed on Saturday night but some relists I did on Sunday are ok. Weird. Hope Trade Me fix this fault.

I wish the watchers would refresh when relisting and go back to zero so that we know watchers coming on are current not historic, just much cleaner and easier to gauge how our listings are doing.

Hello Jenny. This is a deliberate change from Trade Me. If you have something on your watchlist it remains there until it is sold or you remove it. Personally I quite like it. As both a buyer and a seller. However others seem to not like it. If you don't then you can use the "Tell us what you think" link that appears on the page to let them know what you think about it.

Indeed, lots of false potential buyers because of this "feature". If people don't buy within 1 week plus one offer send-out, they will never, ever buy. Sending these people an offer over and over again, is a waste of time and effort.

The 'tell us what you think' is not available in the app. Does Trademe still thinks, people use only laptops?
