Listing titles or shipping details coming out wrong

The first listing number comes up as a different Seller, even when I don't include the first digit number 3 - However the 2nd Listing number I see the shipping as below...

Beryl, try removing your special chars from your shipping options. Usually things like , - & % * etc break Trademe's field identifiers and the either concatenate or completely ruin results, like you have. There have been several posts about this over the years but a bit hard to find them.

The broken ones are where you have a separate option for North Island and South Island plus rural for each. The ones where you have one option plus a rural one seem fine so it might be how you are abbreviating North and South Islands possibly.

Looks like that worked for her Gary. Listing is now fixed up.

Beryl, as your rate is the same for North and South islands, you probably don't need to separate those out or even mention it on your shipping section.

Yes! I can confirm the other 4 Listings I found that were out with the shipping are now reading correctly also - with separate North/South Urban/Rural pricing though the North Rural is the same as South Urban - Cheers.

Thanks to TM for sorting shipping problem out promptly.  Still another problem though.  Can't edit listing to add buy now to meet an offer from prospective buyer (found this offer via email).  As I originally listed the 4 items, one after the other, at the same time I think this will persist until end of auction.  I will bring all these forward to end tomorrow and start afresh.  Hopefully that will solve the problem.

Kia ora Beryl, sounds like a buyer has used Make an Offer, offers are valid for 24 hours. You can accept the offer if you're happy to sell at that price - without having to edit your listing. You can also counter offer or decline it. Once your listing reaches reserve buyers can no longer make an offer and any outstanding offers are automatically declined.
