Didn't receive SOLD confirmation from Trade Me
Confirmed bugI usually receive SOLD confirmation from Trade Me whenever my listing has sold. I didn't receive the sale confirmation email from Trade me as of yesterday when 6 of my items were sold.

Its a glitch sometimes. I get it about 4 times/ year. Not sure if is TM dont send it, or they sent and did not arrive. Also check your junk folder

Happened to me too. Didn't know about the sale until I got an email from the buyer. I found the sold item in the Unsold Items page complete with buyer's details!

I think trademe are deliberately making listings difficult. They change most the listing when you need to edit. It appears they are charging exuberant fees for being incompetent. Not good Trademe! Wake up!

Kia ora Aggie and Paul, sorry to hear you're not getting sold emails. I've passed this on to the team to look into. If you have examples of listing numbers can you pop those through to the team either via email or live chat.

Hi, I've been selling for over 15 years on Trade me, but today, I've had 2x sales but we didn't get any notification in emails nor messages from Trade Me app.
Any suggestions?

Ho do you know you have sold those 2 items Norman? If Trademe are doing any checks on the purchase or buyers membership they may hold sending emails till those checks are complete. Sometimes you can see a sale in your sold items but no further details show until TM check suspicious details for whatever reason.
