Not Rural but being charged Rural Delivery rate

The $11.43 is Aramex not NZ Post for best options, which you must have selected,
if you filtered for only NZ post you would have got the correct $18, it appears this is your error when setting up the shipping,

Then why does aramex show as $11.43 on my listing options. And the buyer chooses that.Yet on the booking options i have there IS aramex options. It is still $18 plus for aramex not $11 43. I have a screenshot of my booking price options showing aramex. $18.71,$21.80,$46.06.
Your screenshots are not ACTUALLY the same as my booking price options trade me gave.

The screen shots above are the options when setting up your listings, not booking page,
It appears the address you are trying to book is Rural, I have done a dummy booking to a rural address,
It could be classed as Rural as it is outside Aramex Delivery Zone, so the parcel has to be handed over to NZ Post for delivery, hence it incurs the rural delivery fee,
Use the address checker and check address, https://www.addresscheck.co.nz/ it will tell you, if a Rural Ticket is Required,

The buyer said his address is not rural. I also checked in the NZ Post rural finder with his address. And showed it is not rural. Confirmed again by the buyer.

I understand.Anyway...will leave it at that.

Some addresses are classed as rural by Aramex and NZ Post as urban. As a rule it is because Aramex do NOT deliver to the area and so have to hand over to NZ Post - hence the dearer price.

Twizel is an example where Aramex view it as rural and CourierPost do not. I now annotate my shipping to be "Aramex, nationwide, not their rural addresses " etc and also in my payment instructions list an address checker for the courier companies. Further, it continues to amaze me that folks cannot spell their street, township, RD #, get their post code correct, etc. Must be a big rock they lurk under.
I also use CourierPost's extra large satchel service to the South Island rather than a "box" as much I sell is less than 3kg and fits within a lineflow satchel's volumetric limits. A small box [3kg] is $18 whereas a lineflow "satchel" is $15.

Agree over the years I have had some good ones, that you need to get clarified with buyer, as too many near options, when you check on line,
no wondering if this is a reason for non delivery of hand written parcels, Addresss does not exist?,

a few years ago some one local gave me a very old post code, how many years ago were they changed?,
I knew straight away as it was my old post code before they changed,
