I won a listing but there are no seller details for contact?
Won 2 auctions last night. All I get is I won.No detaills to contact seller,no option to send my details.Is this a glitch?

I sold something last night and its notificationans only got emailed this morning. Seems like some delay. Maybe something went down.

Hello b. Where are you seeing that you won? The sellers details should be in the same place. If by email reply to that email and it will be the sellers email address. If you see you won on your won tab or page, the sellers details are there also.

If you click into the Won listing in your Won items the Top of the Listing page should have your Sellers email address come up next to the Purchase Summary details also - If it is a cart purchase the Seller's email address doesn't come up in the email - if they aren't cart purchases the Seller's details will come up on replying to the email, as Callum has indicated - Cheers.

Contact a TradeMe staff member through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen.Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff - Have your Listing numbers entered into the Chat window so staff can pull them up readily.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
This happened to me too and I found the sold item in the Unsold Items page complete with the buyers details!

It's become very hard for us Members to try and help each other here when the system is all over the show atmo' - what works for 1 doesn't for the other and New issues are cropping up daily which are not the same for all Members! - Cheers for the Heads up with your findings.

I won an auction this afternoon and strangely enough it has not appeared in my Won Items on the desktop site. It is however there under my Won tab in the App and somewhere along the way as have managed to pay using Ping.
No wonder buyers are getting confused and sellers annoyed. I had a buyer tell me the same thing this week and I thought she was making it up! What on earth is going on?2 -

Likewise I won many listings with a reference in format KP-xxxxx but they do not appear in my list of won items
In fact the whole listings disappeared from view and trademe impossible obstructive help contract forms will not let me raise a case about the listing failure to be added to my list of won items. In fact trademe has failed to correctly record the auctions altogether. So I cannot see the details for payment.
Without the listing appearing in won items not only is payment information denied visibility but the ability to manage, provide feedback or make potential reports against the listing are also denied. The useless main help contact forms will not allow entry without a selection from the list of won items, which these items I won do not appear in either, (because that is the issue that is causing payment information failure it does not appear in won items list, and I suspect trademe failed to record it due to the reference number being so different indicating code changes to processing sold/won items).
My recommendation is to not trust trade me with tracking or storing of any information. To create an external watchlist in a text or spreadsheet file with the listing #, the seller details, the url and any relevant info like buy now, auction price etc.
Sadly with trademe dropping both won and lost item records it cannot be trusted to manage the financial trade, or for lost items offers to sellers or for won items, shipping & disputes either as without them being visible they cannot have help cases raised about them in main help forms and they have the functions for those features often unavailable if they are in the "new look" design or do not appear on the list.
