Blacklisted buyer still bought from me

That seems very strange. Is is the same account or have they used another account but sent through the same contact details?

I blacklisted someone, only to have them use their partners account to buy from me. I cancelled the trade and advised Trade Me what had happened. They handled it from there so I don’t know what action they took.

If you know that it’s definitely the same person trying to buy from you, I would cancel the trade and report them to Trade Me.

Can you confirm they have -3 for their feedback? Normally that is automatic disablement. They shouldn't even exist on here.

If it's -1 (So 3 negative all from the same person) they would be OK.

If you haven't already left them negative feedback, do so. If it takes them to -2 they should be automatically disabled and you wont have to worry about them any further.

Is it possible that they had already placed a bit prior to you blacklisting them?

The auto disablement at -2 seems to be a thing of the past :(

I have an iphone on my watchlist where the In Trade seller is showing 20% positive feedback (-3) .They only have buying feedback and have 4 negatives from different people and just one positive. 

A Previously blacklisted trader started a new account, failed again, that acct now disabled.  Need to blacklist her new name

Hi how do I contact trade me to remove a bid I made buy mistake. I have left a message on Q and A. Auction finishes in a few hours. Please help. Kind regards Michael
