Sending meassages about flats and flatmates
Hello Trade Me community.
I'm searching for a flat. When I send a message from my laptop to the Landlord I can't tell if the message has been sent.or if the landlord has received the message. Where can I go on my account to see a record of that message?
Also, I tick the box that says "email you a copy of this message". However, I haven't been sent any
email copies. Please help. Thankyou.

Sorry no one has been able to help you with this yet,
Sending a copy of the email to yourself would suggest that is your copy of reference and therefore you wouldn't find this confirmation in your account - However I don't know for sure so you may like to talk to TradeMe staff direct.
Are you receiving all other emails from TradeMe okay? - If you're having trouble with receiving all/other emails from TradeMe check you have them added to your whitelist Problems receiving Trade Me emails – Help - Trade Me
To contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance, If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen.Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 6:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
