Sold listing not showing up on desktop but showing on mobile
Recently sold an item, but its not showing up when I view it from the desktop. I can only view it on mobile, and it wont let me click on the buyer. Its got a really unusual reference number KP-1**1.
I've never seen a reference number like that before. Anyone come across this before?
Very difficult as I cant view the buyers details via desktop. I have to view it on mobile.

Just sold an item (with a KP ref).
Can't contact the buyer, can't book shipping, can't access live chat.

Likewise I won many listings with a reference in format KP-xxxxx but they do not appear in my list of won items. Items sold with these references also cannot be managed so interactions with the buyers are more fraught.
In fact the whole listings disappeared from view and trademe's impossible obstructive help contract forms will not let me raise a case about the listing failure to be added to my lists of won items. In fact trademe has failed to correctly record the auctions altogether. So I cannot see the details for payment.
Without the listings appearing in won items, (although the lost & listing for sale pages have similar information missing) not only is payment information denied visibility but the ability to manage, provide feedback or make potential reports against the listing are also denied. The useless main help contact forms will not allow entry without a selection from the list of won items, which these items I won do not appear in either, (because that is the issue that is causing payment information failure it does not appear in won items list, and I suspect trademe failed to record it due to the reference number being so different indicating code changes to processing sold/won items).
My recommendation is to not trust trade me with tracking or storing of any information. To create an external list in a text or spreadsheet file with the listing #, the seller/buyer details (that you hopefully can get via other page sources), the url and any relevant info like buy now, auction price etc.
Sadly with trademe dropping both listing, won and lost item records it cannot be trusted to manage the financial trade, or for lost items offers to sellers or for won items, shipping & disputes either as without them being visible they cannot have help cases raised about them in main help forms and they have the functions for those features often unavailable if they are in the "new look" design or do not appear on the list. Chat is a bot maze nightmare that makes it a real barrier to actually raise a support ticket. Persevering to try to reach a real person or contact form to raise a ticket with is a matter of many attempts and lost time with nearly all pages denying the ability to raise help tickets for software system errors altogether.

TradeMe are gradually moving to a New Look system which has indeed created some very unusual glitches - I'm not sure what is happening though you may be interested in the following comment from another Post which has similar No Desktop Won item but showing on the Android App & Mobile site from a Buying perspective to confirm their is a known issue for you...

I have seen the KP-1 reference number previously also though No! this is Not a TradeMe Reference number.
Another Member may have valuable info' to add for you on both scenarios you've encountered.
Take screenshots of what you are seeing to provide TradeMe staff with along with your Listing number(s) so they can investigate what is going on here for you - you will have unique information to provide staff with also which they will want to help with the investigation.
You can contact TradeMe staff through their "Live Chat" facility for direct assistance, - If you select the Contact us Link at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen.Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - person - and you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff. - You will be able to type your Listing number(s) in the window here & attach your supporting screenshots.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.1 -
Tonight I had a similiar experience.I won an auction which has a reference number of KP-**** & can't be viewed on my laptop (desktop site).I can only access the auction in my sold items on my mobile.Tried to bid before on "Bid Bud" but it wouldn't allow me as it states that TradeMe has changed their rules around bidding from this site ! Once the auction finished it also vanished from my lists.Not sure what's going on but it's a bit of a worry as when Trademe brings in new features,glitches start appearing regularly.

I also have an auction that completed with similar issues. Looks like there is a new reference number format https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/10226621350159-We-re-upgrading-some-of-our-systems (in the `What you need to know` section).
I can view it on desktop and mobile web but cannot give feedback to the user as the buttons aren't there

Yes! it looks like these KP-1 numbers started appearing for a select few category items prior to TradeMe putting this new Help file up indicating these changes that are being rolled out - Cheers.
