Unable to specify shipping costs, only shows preset descriptions
Some of my auctions wont let me specify the shipping descriptions. Doesn't seem to be related to category, but with some of my auctions it wont let me write a description for the shipping. It comes with pre-set descriptions and wont even let me delete or modify this. Im trying to add a 0 shipping cost for combined shipping.
Anyone know how to get around this?

My laptop shows just like the above but my desktop shows the usual options?

I'm using MS Edge InPrivate Browser on a Laptop through the Desktop site - the Specify shipping costs is coming up fine for me - I can Add, Delete, Modify & Enter my own description as normal no problem...
Ensure your Browser/App version is running the Latest up to date version - If Yes! try after clearing your cookies & cache.How to Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: On Any Browser (wikihow.com)
If you're still having an issue and are using one of the Apps type Trademe.co.nz in your device Browser to go to the Desktop site and try through there in the interim. - Cheers.0
