Updating your preferences is quick and easy.
Email preferences
To choose which emails we send you:
1. Go to My Trade Me profile-framed.
2. Select Profile & Account profile-framed, then select Settings settings.
3. Select Email preferences, make your changes, then select Done.

Emails from others
From someone you've traded with
If you've received spam or unwanted marketing material from someone you've previously traded with – let us know.
If you can, just unsubscribe from their mailing list. Look for an 'Unsubscribe' or 'Preferences' button at the bottom the emails.
From an unknown email address
If you don't know the sender, or the email looks suspicious, it's best to block the sender's email address and delete the email.
