Thank you for your kindness.

If you’ve given something to one of our charity partners through the Kindness Store, you may be able to claim a tax credit on gifts over $5.00 – depending on the listing type.

Cash donations

The charity may be able to provide a gift receipt to claim a donation tax credit – for cash donations for items over $5.00.

Getting a donation receipt

Find your gift details in your Ping transactions.
Contact us with your gift info (include the charity name and purchase ID).
We'll pass your details on to the charity.
They'll look to provide a receipt (if applicable).
