COVID-19 update: changes to our services To withdraw Ping balances, and/or edit payment options on listings all professional sellers need to register with us to let us know your business is up and running.

Once you’ve done this, you'll be able to withdraw your Ping balance the next working day.

If you’re an in-trade seller, to be able to sell general items during alert level 2, you must let us know that your business is up and running.
