Placing feedback as a seller
We'll show you how to leave feedback on the buyer – plus how to edit or delete feedback.
Feedback can be placed up to 45 days after the listing closes. It's best to place feedback after every trade – this helps other traders choose who to trade with.
Placing feedback
Keep it factual, and make sure it's in line with our Feedback policy.
- Select Sold from My Trade Me – then select Place feedback from the listing.
- Select a face and enter a comment – then select Submit feedback.
- Select Sold from My Trade Me – then select Place feedback from the listing.
- Select a face and enter a comment – then select Submit feedback.
- Select Sold tag from ‘My Trade Me’ profile-framed.
- Select the listing, then select Feedback under 'Next steps'.
- Select a face and enter a comment – then select Submit.
- Select Sold tag from ‘My Trade Me’ profile-framed.
- Select the listing, then select Feedback under 'Next steps'.
- Select a face and enter a comment – then select Place feedback.
Editing or deleting feedback
Feedback can be edited once. Deleted feedback can't be reinstated.
- Select Sold from My Trade Me, then select Feedback placed to the right of the listing.
(or, find the buyer's profile using the member profile search) - Find your feedback, then select delete this feedback or edit this feedback.
- Confirm your changes.
