The People's Choicest nominators giveaway terms and conditions

Acceptance of these terms & conditions: The People’s Choicest Nominators giveaway (Giveaway) is run by Trade Me Limited (Trade Me). By entering into the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not enter the Giveaway and you are not eligible to redeem the Prize. Trade Me reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions, the Giveaway or the Prize at any time, without notice to you.

1. Eligibility: Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are 18 years and over. Directors and staff of Trade Me, its related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.
2. Giveaway period: The Giveaway opens at 12:01 am (NZDT) on 18 November 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm (NZDT) on 29 December 2024 (Closing Time).
3. How to enter: To enter the Giveaway, you must submit a valid nomination for Trade Me’s The People’s Choicest in any award category before the Closing Time (an Entry). You may make as many nominations in any People’s Choicest awards category as you like, and each valid nomination will count as one Entry. More information as to what constitutes a valid nomination for People’s Choicest are contained in People’s Choicest Terms and Conditions.
4. Prize: There will be four winners. Each winner (Winner) will receive a $250 Prezzy card (Prize). The Prize will be emailed to the email address provided in connection with the nomination by the Winner. Prezzy card’s own terms and conditions apply to the Prezzy card and use of it. The Prezzy card is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner notification and announcement: Trade Me will select Winners from all eligible Entries at random and notify the Winners by using the contact details they provided with their nomination. Trade Me reserves the right to select another winner if an initial Winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification. Trade Me’s decision regarding what Winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Publicity: Entrants agree that their name and a description of their Prize (if applicable) may be published on Trade Me’s social media, within email marketing and/or on Trade Me’s websites.
7. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any Winner resulting from their entry into the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). Trade Me’s liability to any entrant or Winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to the value of the Prize.
8. Other terms: The Trade Me terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) apply with all necessary modifications to the Giveaway and (if relevant) the use of any Prize. 9. Privacy: Trade Me will collect, use and hold personal information, such as name and email address, for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and The People’s Choicest awards (including to notify you if you win), in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Facebook/Meta/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn: The Giveaway and The People’s Choicest awards are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third parties (including any platforms we may use to promote the Giveaway and The People’s Choicest awards, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn). Entrants release such third parties from any liability associated with the Giveaway or the Prize.
